The City of Kress is responsible for protecting our community's health, safety and welfare through effective enforcement of codes and ordinances. The City ordinances are complied and presented to the Mayor and City Council for motion of adopting during open public meetings.
The goal of the Code Compliance Division is to provide information to all interested parties and to fairly and efficiently enforce the City of Kress Code and Ordinances.

Ordinances are presented as PDFs and Image Scans (for signatures); when available, for downloading and reviewing.
